Dieting
without exercising may get you that skinny body. Unfortunately, it can leave your skin loose and your muscles soft. More importantly, your heart, lungs, muscles and bones will become weak. Many diseases, including osteoporosis, can be prevented with just one day of exercise per week! Exercising without following a proper nutritional diet will yield a stronger and better looking body, but you’ll find it nearly impossible to lose those last ten pounds, you won’t get you that six pack of abs, and you’ll never reach your full potential. Plus, clogged arteries, high blood pressure, and many other pre CAD’s can come from a poor diet. Exercise and Nutrition are both required for a healthy body.
