Get into the season with this delicious Candy Cane high protein shake!

Christmas & Holiday Treats!

There's definitely A LOT of delicious treats waiting for you to eat them up this Season. I'm all for indulging every now and again, but if you want to stay nn the Holiday spirit and still enjoy a clean, healthy shake, this Candy Cane Protein Smoothie is for you!


  • 1 cup Vanilla almond milk (feel free to substitute soy, low fat milk, etc)
  • 1 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (fresh will also work)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla or Plain Vega protein powder
  • 1 drop peppermint
  • 1 drop nutmeg
  • 1 drop vanilla
  • Ice


Combine the Almond milk, yogurt, strawberries, protein powder in the blender for 1 minute.

Add the ice and peppermint, nutmeg and vanilla and blend for 30 more seconds.

Pour into your favorite cup, add your spice (maybe a Candy Cane) and enjoy!!
