It's the beginning of the month again! It's time to set new goals. Here's how you can succeed month after month.

S.M.A.R.T GOALS

S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym for:

Be sure your goals are specific, measurable & attainable:

It can be difficult to complete all of your workouts during the month of December. You may want to use this month to perform shorter, more intense workouts. A 20 minute workout is certainly possible most days of this busy month.

Relative & Time Sensitive

Make sure your goals are relevant and include a timeline. 

"I will workout 3 days per week for 20 minutes this entire month."

Achieving any type of goal, whether it is fitness, work or personal in nature, is difficult. Keep your goals as specific, personal and relevant as possible and you will have great success! Good luck!
