It's the beginning of the month again! It's time to set new goals. Here's how you can succeed month after month.

S.M.A.R.T GOALS

S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym for:

  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Attainable
  • Realistic
  • Time-Sensitive

Specific, Measureable & Attainable

Be sure your goals are specific, measurable & attainable:

November is usually a big eating month. You may want to use this as a cardio month.

Relative & Time Sensitive

Make sure your goals are relevant to you and include a timeline. If you don't like to run, try incorporating a different cardio goal.

"I will add rowing and elliptical days into my cardio training this month."

Achieving any type of goal, whether it is fitness, work or personal in nature, is difficult. Keep your goals as specific, personal and relevant as possible and you will have great success! Good luck!
