How To Stay Motivated To Workout This December
1. Cut Back On Sets
If you usually perform 3 or 4 sets per exercise, try cutting back on your sets and perform just 2 sets for each exercise in your workout. You're muscle won't miss a set or two over the course eof one month, but you'll benefit from an extra 20 or so minutes that you save by skipping a set or two.2. Set A Time Limit
Regardless of how many sets or exercises you do, another option to stay motivated and gte your workouts completed in the super hectic month of December is to set a time limit on your workout. Allow yourself a certain amount of minutes (30 is good) to workout. When you reach the time limit, finish your set, no matter where you are in your workout and pack up and head home. Or shopping. Or out to eat with friends.4. Try Something New
If you have lost all of your workout mojo and are feeling lost this December, this may be a good time to try something new. Thinking about Yoga? Try a class at your lcal gym, studio or online. Need to get some stress relief? Try a boxing class or one on one session. Whatever you do, try something new!Two Ways to Start Getting in Shape Today
