Spooky Pumpkin Smoothie

Do you know how good pumpkin is for you?

Oumpkin is low in saturated fat, low in cholesterol and has low sodium. Pumpkin is also a good source of Vitamin E, Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus, plus, it's a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 1 scopp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
