3 Ways to Drink More Water
You know you need to drink more water to stay hydrated. Here's how you can do it.Tip #2: Make Sure You Have Some!
You can't drink more water if you don't have any. If you're at your desk, be sure you have a water bottle or cup.
If you're traveling, it's easy to take water on the road by carrying a 12oz water bottle or aluminium water bottle filled with your favorite healthy drink.
If you're in the car, try to take a sip at each red light.
When at home while watching TV ir reading, be sure to have some water right next to you.
Tip #3: Set a Goal
Workout goals keep you motivated and so can goals for just about anything else, including drinking more water.
Step one is to find out how much water you are currently drinking throughout the day.
Step two is to add 16 ounces until you reach your daily water intake goal.
How much water do you need? Most people need to drink the equivalent of half of their body weight in ounces.
