Be sure your goals are specific, measurable & attainable.


December is a hectic month for most of us. A simple goal could be to not to gain any weight. Make your goal specific:

"I will weight the same on December 31st and I did on December 1st."


Make your goal measurable.

"I'm going to weigh in daily to keep track of my weight."


Make sure you can actually achieve your goal. If you don't have a workout plan, get one! We can help.

If maintaining weight isn't a prioirty, try a different goal

Time Sensitive

Be sure there is a timeline for you goal(s).

Here's an example of a time sensitive goal:

"I will weigh in 31 times total (1 on each day) for the month of December."
