You'll need a low body fat percentage and the correct exercises.

Men tend to see abs around 8% body fat. Women (who need a bit more body fat) tend to see abs below 14%. A diet will help lower your body fat. The following exercises will help show your abs!

Crunch 1

Perform 1 set of 20 reps.

Move on to the next ab exercise.

Repeat this routine 3 times, taking a short break at the end of each round.

Use a weighted ball that allows you to complete all reps.

Crunch 3

Perform 20 reps.

Crunch 2

Perform 25 reps.

Take a short break and repeat the routine 2 more times.
