Here's a quick workout that takes two lovebirds!

Medicine Ball Pass

This exercise strengthens your core and arms while improving your balance and stability.

Step 1. Face your partner and you stand 8 - 10 feet away from each other.

Step 2. While standing on one foot, throw a medicine ball to your partner.

Step 3. Remain on one leg and have your partner throw the ball back to you in the same style. Repeat the exercise for 15 throws each.

Pushup High-5

To spice up your workouts, add a challenging move to this already challenging exercise. Be sure to encourage your partner throughout this upper body exercise.

Step 1. Get into traditional pushup positions. (You and your partner should be facing each other, about 12 inches apart.)

Step 2. Watch your partner perform a pushup. Perform one yourself.

Step 3. Take your right hand and try to high 5 your partner's right hand. Repeat the exercise using your left hand for high 5's.

Mirror Planks

If you've done the plank exercise before, you know how difficult it is to perform this exercise correctly. To keep this beneficial exercise fun, try mirror planks.

Step 1. Get into traditional pushup positions. (You and your partner should be facing each other, about 12 inches apart.)

Step 2. Watch your partner. If he or she does a pushup, lifts her left leg or her right arm off the gym floor, you do the same.

Step 3. Perform the exercise for one minute. Take a 30 second break and be sure to take turns leading and following.
