Halloween Candy Workout

We all love Halloween and "borrowing" some candy from our kid's Trick-or-Treat bags.

If you feel you need to burn off the extra calories, here's what you can do.

Snickers Bar:

Eat a Snickers bar and you'll need to do one of the following:

  • Jump rope for 12 minutes
  • Hit the weights for 20 minutes
  • Walk for 60 minutes

Candy Apple:

Enjoy a Candy Apple and you'll need to do one of the following:
  • Run at 5mph for 25 minutes
  • Shoot hoops for 35 minutes
  • Bike for 50 minutes
