Specific, Measureable & Attainable
Be sure your goals are specific, measurable & attainable.
July is a big month for travel. If you would like to keep your workouts up on the road, instead of saying, "I will workout more on the road this July," make your goal specific:
"I will workout 3 times per week with body weight exercises when I travel this month."
Make your goal measurable.
"I'm going to workout for at least 30 minutes, for at least 3 days per week this July," is easy to measure.Attainable
Make sure you can actually achieve your goal. If you don't have a travel workout, get one! We can help.
Relative & Time Sensitive
If hitting the weights isn't your style, avoid setting a goal that includes body weight training! You can walk, run or jog, or try sports like rock climbing for your workouts.
Be sure there is a timeline for you goal(s).
Here's an example of a time sensitive goal:
"I will complete 15 body weight workouts by July 31st, 2018."
Remember, a goal without a plan is just a dream!
