It's the beginning of the month again! It's time to set new goals.

Here's how you can succeed month after month.

S.M.A.R.T GOALS

S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym for:

Specific

Measurable

Attainable

Realistic

Time-Sensitive.

Be sure your goals include all of the above. Otherwise, there's a good chance you won't achieve them.

Specific, Measureable & Attainable

Be sure your goals are specific, measurable & attainable:

Telling yourself, "I will lose exactly 10 pounds," is specific, measurable & attainable goal.

Relative & Time Sensitive

Make sure your goals are relevant to you and include a timeline.

"I will add one inch to my biceps in two months." Is both a relative and time sensitive goal.

Achieving any type of goal, whether it is fitness, work or personal in nature, is difficult. Keep your goals as specific, personal and relevant as possible and you will have great success! Good luck!
