3 Quick Workout Routines for December

We all know that December is a hectic month. Workouts can get pushed aside and replaced with office parties, Christmas and holiday shopping and visiting family and friends. All of these are good things, but if they do interfere with your workouts and you don't want to miss out on training, you don't have to.

Here's 3 workout routines that you can add to your holiday training schedule.

15 Minute Circuit

This one's pretty simple:

Pick 7 exercises

Perform for 1 minute each (no rest in between sets and exercises)

Take a 1 minute break

Repeat all 7 exercises

Total time: 15 minutes

20 x 3

This routine is perfect for your 5 favorite exercises:

Choose 5 exercises

Perform 3 sets of 20 reps each

Take 10-15 seconds rest in between sets

Take 30 seconds rest in between exercises

Total time:

Pushups & Situps

Yep, this one's old-school.

Perform as many pushups as you can in 1 minute

Perform as many crunches as you can in 1 minute

Repeat 7 times, no breaks

Total time: 15 minutes
