Modified Pushup

This basic, yet effective version of the traditional pushup can be done anywhere. You'll train most major muscles in your upper body when doing this exercise, as well as your core.

Aim to complete 3 sets of 10 reps.


The "Superman or "SuperWoman" exercise is the perfect exercise to work your core muscle, without doing crunches. You'll work muscles in your lower back, butt and core when doing this exercise correctly.

Try to complete 2 sets of 15 reps (each side).

Half Seated Double Arm Raise

The Half Standing Double Arm Raise works your core, legs, upper back and arms. It's a lot more difficult than it looks!

Try to complete 3 sets of 10 reps.
